“The front desk staff went beyond their duties to make me feel at home. The rooms are basic but very clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is in a good location for visiting many of the sights . Definitely will stay there again when next time in Oran.”

“This is a refurbished "grand hotel" that has been restored to give the feel of the original construction with modern updates. It's clear that some fixtures were chosen for budget provisions. All in all it works. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. A major priority. The staff was very nice, like it seems everyone in algeria. The location is central and desirable to me for that reason.”

“Initially was going to give it 1 star across the board because I had a terrible check in. However, Whalid/Waheem was fantastic in taking over from the staff member I was dealing with before and being extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I think the whole reception front desk would crumble without his dedication to his job and being so good at it. The hotel is located at an amazing location for tourists where you are close to so many of the attractions within walking distance. ……

“Lady at check in grumpy. Allocated standard room when booked Junior suite. Sink leaked at base. Shower screen not sealed so also leaked floor constantly wet. Junior suite spacious and great bed and AC. Well located. If they could fix water issue it would be a good hotel. ”

“Quand nous sommes arrivés nous étions pas noter sur leur agenda pas de trace de notre arrivée il a fallu prouvé que nous avions bi réservé et payé pour une chambre triple Du coup l'hôtel était complet, ils nous ont donné une chambre double avec un matelas au sol, nous étions pas trop satisfait. Notre nuitée était moyennement bien le lit de 2 personnes n'était II 1 pas du tout confortable ”
