Very understaffed. Had a plumbing issue in adjacent room that backed up into my sink. Took hours for someone to come to my room to clean it up. He came with no disinfectant or anything. Very gross

The property was located close to the plaza and other attractions were walkable. The outside of the property needs some maintenance and inside could use a little updating but overall a nice property. Front desk was helpful.

Great location to the Plaza. Very nice place to stay. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful. We had a special request and they did great taking care of us.
