I was at this hotel for 4 nights and never had any linens changed. I realize that I was supposed to ask for them but at least someone could have replenished the coffee every day, and the cups as well as face cloths. I had 2 face cloths for the entire stay. Not very caring about customer's needs.

Filthy and in disrepair. We were without any water for several hours. Front desk staff was dirty and not dressed professionally. Overall terrible.

The person at the front desk checking us in was utterly filthy. He was the only one and it took over 20 minutes to check in. The property is in serious disrepair and we were without water at all for several hours.

This was really a motel. I do not like staying places that anyone from the street could walk up to my room door and try to get in - unsafe. The room was clean and there was instant hot water. But the tub sank down when we stepped init - wierd! The front door did not have a good seal I could see daylight all around it. Staff was extremely friendly and free breakfast was very nice.

My second stay here didn’t go well. First the key cards were malfunctioning. The room: I took photos. Stains all over the carpets. I am a pet lover but didn’t bring a pet! It was obvious this room was for pet visitors. The room smelled like a wet dog. Under the desk/table was the worst. Pet hair on the lamp. The breakfast was good! Staff were nice!

This was the halfway point on our return home to SLC Ut..after am 10 hr drive from San Antonio and arriving early again was able to check in upon arrival (1pm). Again we got a 1st floor room close to the pool. Ice a d vending machine right next to our room was nice. Also the fire works ended at arround 10pm which was nice as we were up early and on our way home to SLC Ut.

The room we were given was barely surface level clean. Hairs in the shower, debris in the toilet. The door to our unit appeared to have been kicked in at some point in its long life, and was never fully repaired. So the door didn’t close and lock correctly without effort. Electrical outlets were so loose that you couldn’t charge your phone because the charging block would just fall out. Shower drain was extremely slow. Almost clogged. Also killed a cockroach in the middle of the night That’s just the room. The entire building needs a good cleaning and fresh coat of paint.

The desk staff was very discourteous but the manager rescued the situation. At 6:00 pm our rooms were not ready and they wouldn’t move us. The manager did. The rooms were very comfortable
