“An on site coin laundry would be nice for the studio rooms to use.”

“We ejoyed our stay and the convenience of the amenities around us. It took us a bit to get organized with all our stuff and the space available. Also, we wish the weather cooperated with our visit. But, overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed each minute. Thank you for sharing your property.”

“The condo was clean and perfect for our stay.”

“Loved our stay! Super clean, everything you need is there! Next level communication!”

“Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. “Wonderful experience. beautiful room and wonderful amenities”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. We have a 2 and 4 year old and brought grandparents. The king room is very large and both closets are big enough for a newton baby crib or pack n play which made it incredible for both kids to sleep in our room. These apartments are built really well and are very quiet. We really appreciated this one because it’s an end unit on the top floor. The amenities are great. We grilled burgers while the kids played in the pool. We walked to the beach everyday. We were……

“Was a great place will stay agin. Ashley was wonderful to work with . Close to beach and not so crowded is what I like”

“All good”

“I am so grateful that we decided to stay at The Carriage House. Let me tell you, you will not be disappointed. The entire neighborhood is like a movie set. It’s is stunning. I can’t even find words to describe it. I’m not sure we would have really even seen/appreciated it in the same way had we stayed at the resort. Being able to still use all of the resort amenities was the best of both worlds! The carriage house itself is gorgeous. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable and there were……

“The property was very clean and as advertised. The location was great and loved sitting on the balcony, listening to the live music next door(it did shut off by 10:00 each night). Highly recommend this property.”

“We loved enjoying our coffee with a view of the ocean from the balcony each morning!! Wonderful, comfortable king bed. Great communication with host! Beach access was an easy walk just across the street. Condo was in perfect location to lots of bars and great restaurants. Looking to return ASAP!”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! The condo is in an amazing location with a beautiful ocean view. It was clean, updated, and comfortably fit all six of us with plenty of space. We also loved how walkable everything was—the beach, restaurants, a coffee shop,……

“We recently stayed for 7 nights. While the location is convenient, we noticed several cleanliness issues. First, the air vents in the bathroom and living room appear to have significant mold growth - it was very disturbing and had we discovered the issue sooner into our stay, we likely would have left for a different rental. Additionally, there seemed to be an infestation of small flying bugs all over the apartment. A collection of these bugs were stuck in a web in the lower right-hand corner of……
