Everything was excellent except for a couple things. One, we were awakened in the middle of the night with a horrible sewage smell that persisted until we left the following morning. Two, our reservation came with breakfast. When we reviewed the breakfast menu, we found out that we only had the choice of about 6 breakfast options out of a few pages. It wasn't a big deal, but we felt a bit cheated. Otherwise, our experience was excellent. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean, the staff was accommodating and the location was near central park.

I am disappointed by the lack of refund for my cancelled stay, despite efforts made by the Expedia team to contact the hotel. I lost my money It is unfortunate that this behavior is common in our country, and it is a shame as this hotel has been a favorite of mine since childhood. Moving forward, I will not be recommending this location to friends traveling to Honduras.

The room we booked was not available they arrange another room smaller and prepared just for 1 person. Hotel says expedia did not send on time the notification of the booking I made.

Terrible hotel.

Hotel ridículamente caro, viejo, el cuarto tenía mal olor al igual que los baños, muy pequeño y las luces tenues y otras quemadas, el cable de la televisión no funcionaba y el personal no está dispuesto a ayudar, no se queden ahí, hay más opciones en la zona que ofrecen mejores condiciones por menor precio.

Llegué a casi a las 11pm al hotel después de un viaje de casi 9 horas, esperaba confiado que el proceso del check in estaría bajo control debido a la reservación en Expedía. Para mi mala suerte la persona de la recepción no tenía ni idea de mi reservación, me dijo que no había nada reservado pues la información sobre reservaciones a través de Expedia la mayoría de las veces no caían en tiempo y forma al hotel, además mencionó que la tarifa que dice Expedia no es la real. Me sentí muy frustrado pues lo que menos necesitaba eran dificultades respecto a mi alojamiento. Después de mostrarle mis correos de confirmación de reservación en mi celular accedió a brindarme una habitación asegurando que previo al check out tendré que revisar el tema con el gerente del hotel para asegurar el tema de la tarifa. El hotel es muy prestigioso y en cuanto a instalaciones no tengo ninguna queja, pero es necesario garantizar al cliente la mejor experiencia en su estadía, y si brindan un servicio por medio de una app entonces deben asegurarse de que esto funcione bien.

Great location! Really friendly ans service oriented staff. Good food and good sized comfortable room. The pillows do need upgrade, big time, I would penalize that if anything. Other than that, the hotel is great, second time staying there and would do it again without a doubt.

Great location, friendly staff, clean, good value

Great staff, quick service at the restaurant, best location, good local food, clean rooms. Now, pillows were lumpy & shower had little water pressure, that would be the extent of critique that I could give. Definitely the place to stay in Santa Rosa.

The staff was very helpful and pleasent. The room was small but pretty, cozy; the bathroom was also nice but there was a weird smell to it like humidity or something like that. The location is great!
