Very minimal amenities, the whirlpool have heaters but you have to plan ahead as they don't turn them on unless you ask them to. During our last two days a storm knocked down power, and although they have a generator they purposely turn it off at 10 PM which leaves every hotel guest completely in the dark with no power, no internet, and no air. “I reserved the basic cabin. On Exepdia there are no pictures that show that the basic cabin is about 10 x 10 feet and that the only article in the room is a matrass on the floor. It also does not state that the toilet and shower are about 100 feet away from the cabin and that there is not even a path to get to them. You have to walk over grass that becomes extremely soggy when wet. There is only wifi in the restaurant and no electrical outlets in the cabin. I just want to state that the info……

“Staff was friendly. The included breakfast was nice but I would have preferred a buffet style breakfast. It is very conveniently located near two malls and Comfamilia Clinic. The only downside was that on the weekends the area and restaurant on the 4th floor is very loud until 2-3 am.”
