Angoixes Finca for 10 with pool in Santanyi

Angoixes is an impressive 15,000 m² estate located in an exclusive and tranquil rural setting in Santanyí, perfect for groups or families of up to 10 people seeking comfort, privacy, and leisure.



The property has 6 spacious bedrooms - three with single beds and three with double beds - and 5 full bathrooms, 3 with bathtubs and 2 with showers, ideal for accommodating everyone with total comfort.



The independent electric kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare any type of food, complementing a spacious dining room with a fireplace and satellite television for your moments of relaxation.



In the exterior, Angoixes offers a spacious terrace of 100 m² to enjoy the outdoors, a cosy porch with a dining table for al fresco dinners, a well-maintained garden, barbecue and a private tennis court to stay active during the stay. The private parking has capacity for 4 vehicles.

Verbesserungswürdig

Die Finca ist in einem ungepflegten Zustand. Die Reinigung ist miserabel. Zudem müsste in neue Möbel (völlig verdreckte Esszimmerstühle) investiert werden. Es gab auch keinerlei Reinigungsmittel im Haus. Nur einen alten, verdreckten Besen. Es gab keinen „Handzettel“, was man zu beachten hat. Es kam jemand vorbei - ohne Voranmeldung - und gab uns Instruktionen auf Spanisch.
