"Meine Reservierung lag angeblich nicht vor ebenso meine Bezahlung!? Nach30 Stunden Anreise blieb mir nichts anderes übrig als nochmals zu bezahlen. Morgens um 6:30 wurde ich aus dem Schlaf geklingelt um nochmals 9€ zu bezahlen, keine Ahnung wofür! Kommunikation war nur in Spanisch möglich das ich leider nicht beherrsche. "From the outside the property looks really good, but from the inside the rooms need some work done. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and some remodelling as the bathroom had thick layers of mould, there was a leak in the ceiling that made some of the lights stop working. Also some cobwebs in the bathroom and the kitchen some of the drawers were not clean."

"No puedo dejar comentarios sobre el lugar porque cuando llegamos estaba todo ocupado y no tenían registro de la reserva. Después de revisar se dieron cuenta del error y trataron de acomodarnos en otro lugar que lamentablemente no estaba todavía en condiciones. Eramos los únicos allí y no había una persona responsable que atendiera las cosas básicas."

"This property failed to honor a paid reservation with a credit card deposit. I would strongly caution all visitors (especially if you are from out of country) to avoid this. Me and another set of guests were turned away despite a confirmed reservation, and we were forced to drive 2 hours back to Santiago as an emergency to find a bed."
