“Obviously, it's an expensive housing. In return, we have high expectations. Unfortunately, there was no hot water and there was loud noise of machine in the suite. The service staff responded quickly, but this should not happen and happen hardly even in regular hotels. There was no any compensation at all. We should also have had bottled waters per person at least as many days as our stays, but we just got one or two, and were charged for additional ones.”

“Room was extremely small, no chair to sit, there was coffee, tea in the room but no cream or milk. No one was available to contact. No staff was there to turn in the key when we left, the cleaning lady took the key.”

“Nice staff helpful Good location ”

“員工十分友善，親切。視野極佳，早餐可以在房間門口陽台一邊用餐一邊享受絕景，十分感動。唯一小可惜的是，如果希望搭乘公車移動的人，要考慮一下走路到費拉搭車的距離。”
