“We had the exclusief appartement, that was to the back, and that was really nice and silent. The complex is a bit more up the mountain and not that "next" to the water/center what was perfect for us! (more silence). And even then everything in near you, supermarket at walking distance, or just a 5-10 min drive to the river. Plenty of restaurants, hikes, activities to do. Rooms where nice and spacious, kitchen was equipped with all you needed. And it was clean. There is a parking garage below……

“Its a great experience living in the barrel. Every customer staying there include one wine tasting tour, understand more about Port wine. However, moving there or other spots might possibly need to drive. No public transport reaching the area.”

The staff was extremely helpful and offered to book a win tasting tour nearby which was such a pleasant experience. I would come back to stay if I were in the area.”
