Wonderful relaxing stay
We had the best time at this property! It was very clean, serene with all of the beautiful landscaping surrounding the property and pool and loved the modern amenities. It is a short drive to everything in Sarasota. They are very responsive and helpful when there is an issue. I would highly recommend any family to stay here.

This was a great place to stay at with my family. The place was very spacious and clean. The pool was a great amenity to have on the hot days. Anita & Nick were very responsive during our stay. The multiple big screen TVs were a nice to have while relaxing by the pool or inside. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place!
We stayed at this wonderful house with a total of 6 people, my husband and I, our two young boys (age 3.5 & 6), and my parents and it was perfect! It felt “home-y” the second we walked in, and we were extremely comfortable the whole time. The house is set up exactly how we’d want it with the master on one side separated by the living area and 2 bedrooms and a bath on the other. We felt safe within the fenced and gated home, especially since it’s located on a busy road - which was fine with us because of the convenience of getting place - it was only a mile from a Publix for groceries and about 10 minutes from the beach! There were tons of things we could bring with us to the beach - chairs, a wagon for hauling (amazing!) and toys for the kids. It made all the difference!! Also, Siesta Key beach was so beautiful - we learned it has the whitest sand in the world! When we were at the house our kids lived in the pool, which was kept up perfectly and didn’t irritate our kids skin with over-powering chlorine chemicals. It was the perfect temperature too! We also loved the TV on the patio. We watched shows while enjoying the pool and hanging out before going to bed. There were only a few suggestions we sent to Anita and Nick on things we would like (ie. Extra pillows, laundry basket, meat thermometer - all so minor!!), ans if we make our way back to Sarasota we will definitely stay again!

Everything was absolutely perfect, exactly as described! We could not have stayed at a better home away from home! We were minutes from the beach and honestly anything we wanted was close bye. The house was top notch! Clean doesn’t even describe it. The bedrooms were perfect. We can’t speak highly enough of this home and look forward to staying again in the near future! We did have a couple questions about a couple things so I messaged the owners and within minutes they had responded, so thankful for that! We enjoyed the pool and tv on the patio to sit and relax while watching the kids enjoy the pool. Don’t second guess this home, you won’t regret it!

This house was amazing! It felt like home away from home. It truly felt like we walked into someones house and not a rental property. They had everything we could need and more. The owners were amazing as well. We asked for the pool temp to be a little warmer and 15 mins later the owners were their to change the temperature. They even had a bottle of wine and cookies for us on the kitchen island when we arrived. When I had to message the owners with questions their response was super fast! This house exceeded our expectations from the moment the driveway gate swung open to allow us to proceed onto the property. There was a large, beautifully landscaped yard, a circular drive and a welcoming entranceway. The house is decorated in a modern style and is beautifully laid out to welcome up to 6 guests. The master bedroom suite is on one side of the house separated from two other bedrooms and a bath by the living room, dining and kitchen area. It provides quiet and privacy while offering plenty of room to come together. The pool area and surrounding seating is generously sized with a variety of seating. Great location. Nicely appointed. Lots of supplies. Enjoyed the pool. Could use a towel bar in the master bathroom and some chairs with backs. Would have been good to know to supply your own tv streaming service. No cable provided. Owners were very responsive to our questions. We had a good visit to the Sarasota/siesta Key area. The property is close in proximity to many beaches. While on a very busy road, the house did feel private in nature with the vegetation around the property. The layout of the property was great, however, the furniture is in dire need of an upgrade. While there is a very small sofa in the living area that is not comfortable, this is not nearly enough furniture for a living area in a VRBO that accommodates 6. Additionally, each bed is not comfortable and is very low to the ground. On the upside, the property manger was very responsive and fixed the items in a very timely fashion following our arrival (broken bed frame, no kitchen towels, no sink plug to do dishes.).

This house had it all. Clean, spacious and great for families. The location was perfect! Right in between the great beaches of Siesta Key and Lido Beach. The pool was a great wind down to a day at the beach. Relaxing in the pool while watching the TV on the lanai was a nice feature. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling to the area that want to be close to all the action but not right in it.

Perfect Location
It was as described--a private tropical oasis with pool near Siesta Key. It had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the quiet gated home with family time, relaxation, and near some excellent restaurants. We could avoid some of the busy holiday crowds but still enjoy a coastal sunset, sightseeing, and some nearby State Parks. The hosts were gracious and checked in with us to see if we needed anything, even going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Amazing private getaway spot
We LOVED staying at this property. It is a beautiful newly renovated house that is exactly as advertised. House looked just like the pictures posted online. Everything was spotless. We spent a lot of time just hanging out at the house. The pool and outdoor TV area were great. The property is full of beautiful flowers and plants and seemed to be in a safe area. It was an easy 10 minute drive to Siesta Beach. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping closer to the house too. It was also a short 20-25 minute trip to St. Armand's circle and Longboat Key. There were even beach chairs available that we could use. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property. It's a very nice private getaway that is close to lots of beach/food/entertainment options. We'd love to stay here again in the future!
