Guests do not have access to the garage nor the closet with the lock on it.

Please note the following:
- This is not a party house. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood with no other short-term rentals. Please be respectful of quiet hours. Do not have additional guests or social gatherings. Please do not make noise in the backyard late at night as it will disturb the neighbors.
- Our home currently can sleep up to 8 guests, this is made up of our 3 bedrooms along with our pullout futon in the office area.
- PLEASE reference our customized HOUSE MANUAL once booked, this will answer many of your questions for your upcoming stay!
- Note that the back doors may not appear to lock from the inside, however rest assured it does lock on the outside!
-Garbage days are Wednesday and Thursday. PLEASE take out garbage and bring to road. The trash cans are located on the back side of the house next to the deck.
