“Originally, our room door would not lock. The staff was able to resolve the issue. There is a water leak outside I. The courtyard that needs to be addressed. I room had a mildew spell. I asked for a new room and was told there were no other rooms available. There was no remote control or iron in the room, the carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced.
