Don’t Make Me Leave!
I didn’t want to leave such a beautiful and clean apartment. It is also spacious and well laid out. Everything extra you could possibly need was supplied . And it was so quiet and peaceful, close to 2 squares and not far at all from the lovely Forsyth Park. Also Clary’s for breakfast is just a very short jaunt down the block. We ate there four times!

I rented this for my parents who are in their 80's. There were only a couple of stairs to navigate. The walk along Bull street offers benches in the squares. The apartment was clean. A couple of the lights didn't work right but were promptly fixed. All in all a great stay.

This is the second time we have stayed on East Jones street in Savannah. We really like the quaintness and historical charm of the properties and the street itself. We also like the proximity to restaurants, shopping and downtown attractions.

Savannah Georgia Anniversary Celebration
Comfortable accommodations. Convenient to all historic attractions. Lovely neighborhood. Very quaint garden unit. People above had a dog that barked when he/she was left alone. Just noticeable but not annoying. Sofa bed should probably be replaced. Very uncomfortable sitting because of the saggy lumps however I would recommend booking with Cora Bett Thomas properties to our friends and family.

Great location, but…
The location of the property and communication with the rental company were great, but the apartment definitely needs some updates and maintenance. Not enough light - switches and/or lamps (2) don’t work (listing photos are a bit misleading) Towels are sized for small children Need a rug in bedroom Should supply an extra blanket for bedroom Sofa needs to be replaced Mattress needs to be replaced Ice maker doesn’t work Need towel racks Fruit flies For the nightly rate, the apartment should be in better shape.

Positives outweigh negatives
Property is in great location to walk to everything. Finding parking was not an issue. Apartment is beautifully decorated and bed was comfy. Could use some maintenance as paint is peeling, fridge made noises, and tub/shower had issues draining and leaked all over bath floor on last day. Also sink does not have a stopper, there were numerous light bulbs out, and front door does not easily lock. Rental company was very responsive. All in all, we probably would rent it again as they were just trivial issues and the location is just too perfect.

Terrific location on one of the prettiest street of the Historic District. Very tastefully decorated in a French motif. Fantastic King size bed. Kitchen is modern and adequate. Friendly and safe neighbourhood. Responsive to client needs. We recommend this place without hesitation!

Great Location
The location was perfect. Feeling like you're living in Savannah and walk out to the most beautiful street. I walked everywhere except for one day I rented a car to go to Tybee Island. Loved the Squares and the food. Mrs. Wilkes is only a block away and was one of my favorite experiences and food. Walk out the door and to the left down Jones Street. It was quiet for my stay. The only thing I emailed property management about was the tub and sink in the bathroom backed up when I took a shower or washed my face. The bathroom could use some touch up paint but the rest of the apartment looked nice. Also, this morning before I left my stay there it started smelling like weed in the hallway and bathroom. I think it was coming from a tenant upstairs through the vents. Either way it was a good stay.

Beautiful Jones Street
This home is situated on the most beautiful street in Savannah. It is quiet during the day and can be noisy at night, but not so much that it bothered us a whole lot. The parlor is beautifully decorated with period furniture, but, the bathroom is very modern....which was great. It could use some minor repairs ( the bedroom closet doors) and a good dusting . The porch that was touted as a lovely place to sit and drink your morning coffee was very dirty and clearly had not been tended to in a while.
