“Gesamteindruck war sehr gut, aber es gab Startschwierigkeiten... bei Ankunft am Anreiestag standen wir vor verschlossenen Türen ( es war 18:00 Uhr ) obwohl Check In bis 22 Uhr möglich ist. Ohne vorheriger Bekanntgabe war der Check in nur bis 17 Uhr möglich. Nach einen Telefonat bekamen wir den Safe Code für die Zimmerkarte. Es wäre sehr nett gewesen vorab die Info zu erhalten, das der Check In nur bis 17 Uhr möglich ist bzw. eine Mail bzgl des Safe Codes um selbsz einchecken zu können.”

“Mein Aufenthalt im VitalZeit Hotel war wirklich großartig! Es hat wirklich absolut alles gepasst! Das Einzelzimmer war ruhig, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal von der Rezeption bis zum Reinigungsservice unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, ich fühlte mich von der ersten Sekunde an umsorgt und wohl. “Leider wurde durch die Firma Expedia die beiden Kinder, welche ich angegeben habe nicht berücksichtigt. Es wurde die Kinder nicht an die Unterkunft weitergemeldet und somit wurde nur ein Zweibettzimmer reserviert. Doch bei der Rezeption wurde sofort nach einer Lösung gesucht und auch gefunden. Gottseidank, denn sonst hätte es ein großes Problem gegeben.”
