• The owner stays overnight for the duration of every booking. The owner’s unit is completely private, with its own private entrance, and does not interfere with guest spaces.
• Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, including visitors.
• Off-street parking in the neighborhood is prohibited. Only 4 cars may park in the driveway. No on-street parking beyond 4 vehicles.
