Villa Sanvitese is a lovely modern villa with a private swimming pool and large outdoor spaces. The villa is conveniently located 10 km away from the town of Scicli, offering access to shops, restaurants, and various amenities. From the villa, you can easily explore the stunning baroque cities of theVal di Noto by car, as well as Syracuse, and coastal villages such as Sampieri, Donnalucata, Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Portopalo, and Marzamemi.

The living space consists of a combined living and dining room featuring large glass doors leading to a terrace. It includes a comfortable sitting area (with TV) and a dining table for six people.
