You will enjoy easy access to town from this centrally located home. Walking distance to the train station, Kelly Street, Woolworths and the local 50m swimming pool. A large living room with two sofas, two queen bedrooms and a west facing study with two desks. Off the full kitchen is a sunroom looking over an established north facing 40-year-old garden. At the front of the house is a deck to watch the sunsets. It’s like stepping back in time, with original 60s features and mid-century furnishings. Both bedrooms have reading lamps and large side tables for your book and cup of tea.
