NO pets 632 Wedgewood Villa NOTpet friendly Wonderful end unit with beautiful wooded setting and views of the 8th hole of Ocean Winds golf course. Located .8 miles to Pelican Beach and 1.2 miles to the Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest oceanfront outdoor dining, clubhouse, and golf courses. Hop on a bike and tour the island. This villa has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows that allow natural light to brighten the rooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to whip up a delicious low country meal. There is a full size stacked washer and dryer available for your convenience as well. Ceiling fans in the living room, sun room and both bedrooms provide added comfort if desired. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with table and seating for 6\. The spacious living room features a 55" HDTV with cable, and DVD. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room area to the spacious sunroom that is the perfect place to read a book, play games or just enjoy a meal around the table with seating for 4\. There is also a daybed in the sun room with a trundle bed for additional sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath. Sliding glass doors lead to the sun room. Enjoy watching your favorite shows on the 33" HDTV. The master bath has a single vanity with marble counter top and a tub/shower combination. Just down the hall is the guest bedroom with a queen bed and hall access bath. \*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. Microwave had dried food all over, dishes and glasses were visible dirty and greasy. Found a cockroach almost every day. Called a property manager immediately, cleaning lady didn’t show up till 4 hours later when I was in the middle of bathing my kids so was impossible for her to clean the bathrooms. But we left the condo for 3 hours prior to that, right after I called the property manager since she was sending a cleaning crew right away. So that was one big disappointment. Had to scrub the tubs and toilets myself. Not sure how the cleaning lady wanted to accomplish all the cleaning and scrubbing during evening hours around kids bedtime. Besides that huge step back location was perfect just a few min drive to the beach and condo was very well stocked. Unfortunately due to the dirtiness we won’t be staying again.
