I've been to the Seaside Heights countless times, I'm by no means someone that needs to stay in a luxury hotel, I normally find cheaper places available; I know what to expect in Seaside Heights and am totally fine with it. But this hotel really beat any of the other ones in terms of low standards. The hotel is run down, at some point the actual room was upgraded - fake hardwoods, wainscoting on the walls, new headboards, so the room was fine. It's the bathroom that wasn't........that clearly wasn't upgraded. Our bathtub had actually been painted and the bathroom was just.....dirty. The soap from the previous guests was still on the counter and when I noticed the tub wasn't draining, I pulled a MASSIVE amount of hair out of the drain, I wish I had a picture of it, it was enough to put hair on 10 dolls. I took it down to the front desk to show them, they were not pleased. And it was great, the curtains in the room were actually cut at an angle, someone did it clearly thinking it was a good idea......very strange and somewhat funny. All of that being said, this was pretty bottom of the barrel for Seaside Heights, won't be staying here again.
