We were surprised & very pleased with how this hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and quiet & the staff were very helpful in assisting with any questions we had. The breakfast was included and had a wide variety of choices. An excellent bang for your buck. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

It was a great hotel, unfortunately the area around the hotel is unsafe. We found ourselves on 3rd Avenue which was terrifying. That street is only a few blocks from this hotel. So many homeless people who are begging for money and on drugs. Great location in regards to near the piers and ferry but unfortunate the city has so many homeless people.

The property is very charming. It's a turn-of-the-century (previous century) hotel in a clean, safe neighborhood in walking distance of shopping, eateries, and the water. Superb staff!

Property is fine, construction everywhere, in this neighborhood. Seattle Pioneer Park is definitely not a nice area like it was in the past. I would not stay here again.

It was an older property, reminiscent of hotels before the corporate chains became popular, so it probably isn't for everyone. But the price was reasonable for the area and it was conveniently located by the popular Seattle boardwalk and sports centers. The complementary breakfast had a variety of options and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We would happily stay there again.
