Spencers is fabulous. It would be convenient to have built a second elevator that is closer to the high # rooms. Quite a trek to room 1460 from the lobby. Maybe a bell person to help get luggage to the room? What happened to pens & small notepads?

Was very convenient to airport just across the road and even walkable with skybridge. Room was ok, a little dated, some lamp plugs didn't work and couldn't get hot water in bathroom. Beds were small (double) in standard room but comfortable. 5:30 am morning shuttle was too small for all guests. Was ok for quick overnight stay not sure if we'd stay again.
