I had a mixed experience. The main areas of the hotel were beautiful and well-maintained, providing a great first impression. However, my room was quite outdated and had an unpleasant odor, possibly from previous pets. It was so bad it completely set my allergies on high. Additionally, parking was a major issue during my stay. The hotel ran out of parking spaces, which made it difficult to find a spot as a guest. Overall, the hotel has potential, but improvements are needed, particularly with the rooms and parking availability.

Front desk Neville has excellent customer service during my most difficult trip so far. My trip occurred the Crowdstrike computer outage fiasco. Neville was very helpful by informing me of the news and even suggested I call the United Airlines prior to checking out. The airlines however were experiencing large volume of calls so my attempt to contact them were unanswered. I proceeded to the airport and was informed that all flights departing Seattle were cancelled. I was upset and mentally and physically drained from trying to figure out what to do next. Upon my return to Larkspur Neville and another young man behind the counter were awesome in getting me situated back to my room very quickly. These two deserves to be commended for their professional customer service and compassion.

Personal was horrible. The lady behind the counter seemed to be having a bad day. My room was designated for a disabled person, and I expressly told the woman behind the counter I did not want that room. She did not seem to care. It smelled like body order. I got a full-size bed, instead of a king, and the kitchen looked like it was under construction with a great view of the garbage disposal under the sink, because it did not have a cabinet. Overall, for the price I paid, there are better options in the area. I will not be staying there again.

The hotel was old and dirty. Beds were ok but the sheets were dirty, the pull out couch was terribly uncomfortable. The whole hotel needs an update as cupboard does were hanging off. I would not stay here again if it was free.

The hotel is definitely in need of upgrading, but it wasn’t awful. The stairwells are disgusting, but the main hallways and rooms were clean. Very much in need of upgrading, but clean. For a less expensive alternative only 20 mins from downtown Seattle, it was a good choice for 4 adults.

It's about a 1 mile walk to the nearest shopping center which has a Safeway, Rite Aid, Outback, Sushi and Ramen Noodle restaurants. There is also a Pizza restaurant across from the shopping center. No shuttle offered at this location to get to the cruise terminal. We took a Yellow cab taxi from the Settle airport to this location and for 4 people and luggage it cost $59. The cab driver did not inform us until we were heading to the hotel that he only takes cash.

Communication from front desk upon checking in was not very nice. The front desk clerk seemed impatient. The bed and sofa were not comfortable. Great place to stay for longterm business people if they updated bed and sofa mattresses.
