Very convenient to shopping and downtown. What we didn't like was there is no place to take your dog to go potty. There are some homeless but not really the fault of the hotels.

Loved the hotel. The parking was subpar. The elevators were down twice during our 4 day stay. The homeless were everywhere and it was a bit unnerving. It smelled like pee outside. Loved the proximity to the pike market and the ferries and piers.

Stayed here for a friends birthday… it was very pretty and welcoming. Then we decided to extend our stay and were assured it wouldn’t be a problem. Then we were notified we had to switch rooms, but when we were fully packed and back down in the lobby they said never mind, we could actually keep our room. It felt stressful and overwhelming not knowing what was going on or who to listen to. The bar/restaurant is severely understaffed, multiple times the wait would be upwards of 20 minutes for someone to come take an order at the bar. Most importantly, the set up for room service is beyond confusing. Sometimes my boyfriend would have to go downstairs to get the food himself, other times it would be brought to our room. Overall, it was so inconsistent when it came to customer service. I reached out to the hotel and never heard back.

We live in Seattle and we chose this hotel for its proximity to the Pike Place Market. We are celebrating a wedding anniversary and decided to do a "staycation" at the Market, so the location is perfect. The Pali Hotel is a European style accommodation, very sophisticated in style. Our only suggestion is that the lighting over the sink should be brighter.

Retro, comfortable hotel at the corner of Pine and 1st, a block to the famous Pike Market and many shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful and convenient and there is a bar and restaurant on site. Night time can be a bit noisy because of its location.

Conveniently located to everything (downtown, water, light rail, monorail, shopping, market). The staff working the front desk AWESOME. I did not have my room cleaned and was charged for minibar, but the operator for hitel removed the charges. It is in a noisy location HOWEVER earplugs were provided. Everything abt the hotel was wonderful

The room was decent, but very small. There was no way to leave a late on in the bathroom at night so I could see where I was going. There’s only one elevator and it was kind of slow, but we made it work. Otherwise, we love the location and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
