Golf trip

The house is fantastic, plenty of room for a big group. As advertised. Only reason for 4* is that we had an issue with one of the AC units not working and after a bit of back and forth with the property mgr, it got resolved. Also let them know that the refrigerator never got cold. Were told we put too many warm drinks in the fridge. But after three days, only the very bottom shelves were cold. All that aside the house was terrific. I will try to rent this same unit every year.

Beautiful Bayside townhome

This Bayside townhome was the cleanest, quietest property we have stayed in Bayside. The beds were very comfortable, the 2 zone AC was very efficient. The views from all levels amazing. We will be back.

Amazing Getaway

The boys and I were down for a golf trip. The house is amazing. Very spacious and centrally located to a few golf courses.

Nice house

The house was nice and clean. The location was perfect for what I needed for this vacation. However, the fact that I needed to provide linens and towels for a short-term rental was unexpected and aggravating. I have used short term rentals many times before and have never needed to provide my own sheets and towels. Additionally, the house had an elevator which would have been VERY useful if it had been operational. The house was 4 stories and we had to carry all groceries, baby equipment, and luggage up all stairs. Not great for 4 kids under 5 and elderly parents...

Thanksgiving

The house is beautiful!! Everything was nice the 1st night, 2nd and 3rd night it was freezing on the 2nd and 3rd floor could no longer control the heat, the refrigerator & freezer did not get cold ice cream melted had to put food on balcony to stay cold. Elevator stop working, it was difficult getting my 85 year old aunt up & down the steps, and bringing all our luggage and bags down for check out the elevator was the main reason we chose this house. The water don't stay hot if too many people are taking a bath/shower around the same time.

Gorgeous Home!

Great family stay

Easy access to the home. It was just as described. Tons of space for the 10 of us, very comfortable and stylish furnishings and the elevator was great for bring luggage and groceries up and down. New construction so very clean with up to date appliances and washer and dryer. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. We all had fun playing pool too. Make sure to get your amenities passes ahead of time; we didn't and it was hard to get in touch with the property manager and it took almost all day to process the passes. Private parking for 4 vehicles and additional parking right around the corner. Beautiful resort neighborhood - nice for walking, biking, fishing and kayaking. The decks are large and one is screened in but surprisingly the deck roof is porous so we could not sit out there when it rained.

Wonderful weekend

This 5 bedroom rental was perfect for our weekend at Bayside resort. I recommend Sea Play Homes for linen rental. They will make up the beds and leave towels for each guest. Pool table was a plus for the group. Dining seating was perfect for 15 people.

Wonderful family weekend

Excellent property and amenities. Our family of 8 spent a little weekend family time and had a GREAT time. My aunt has mobility problems and the in home elevator was perfect. Anyone with ADA will certainly appreciate the ability to not be isolated from anything in the home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Plus the long island that seats 6 people comfortably was great too. Our host Sue was exceptional too! We could not have had a better time. Thanks! The Smiths

Great Golftoberfest Weekend

This property was great for our 4some. Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom, the location is great if playing at Bayside (or near by), very large screen tv, billiards, kitchen & elevator were all appreciated. Master suite upstairs had weak/low shower pressure but other showers were fine. (should be an easy fix). Steve & Sue were both great, easy to work with & very responsive. Sue even responded to texts with a few questions the night we arrived & her answers were spot & and extremely helpful!

Williams Mini Vacay

This was a last minute decision to spend a few days with our children and grandchildren. We booked on Thursday and got to rental on Friday. The kitchen with it's long center island, dining room with pool table off to the side were the highlights for us mingling. Let's not forget the huge TV in the livingroom and screened in deck just off the livingroom with dining table. Master King Bedrooms were nice. I could go on.....I did get to meet the owner who came by to get items out of the shed, very nice. The only complaint which I told the owner is that it needed a little painting to clean up scuff marks from renters putting their feet up on area or touching the walls, other than that a great retreat.

Beautiful home!

We absolutely loved this house! We went with our best friends and we really enjoyed that the main living floor separated two floors of bedrooms so each family had their own floor. We wished the property had a grill, but otherwise this place is incredible and we would definitely stay here again!

Sun ridge resort

I have been to many places on trips and this was my favorite . The condo was beautiful . The resort was beautiful . Fenwick island was beautiful. the Realtor(sue) was so nice who we booked this unit through were so nice and helpful . There is plenty to Do between golfing. Swimming ,restaraunts and shopping . Highly recommend this Vrbo property
