Right across from Seoul Station this hotel is convenient and with many options nearby. Staff was kind and helpful. They stored our luggage for us before check in and even after we checked out. It’s a relatively small hotel w 2 suites maximum on each floor. The room was smaller than we expected but it worked out. The Yuzu Ramen restaurant right next door was delicious. .

Great location and great design

The hotel is very well designed and comfortable. It’s perfectly located right on a street with restaurants and cafes, and access to public transportation is very easy with Seoul Station and Chungjeongno Station nearby.

the room looked amazing and looked just like the pictures. the location was pretty convenient. very near the seoul station and convenient to get to from airport. although the bedding is quite thin so may be a bit cold during winter.

The suite was smaller than expected and the original room we got didn’t have a washing machine. We had to request to change to another room. There was only one bathroom to share amongst 6 people. Also, there was one day that they forgot to clear our trash and change our towels.

Had a great experience. Beautiful room with a beautiful view, service was excellent and attentive. They kept in touch with me prior to my trip, were accommodating of my groups needs and were excellent and allowed us to check our bags at reception ahead and after our check in/out times so we could tour the city. The bath in the room was great for us to soak and relax after being on our feet all day. 10/10 recommend getting a room with a bath, I will definitely be going back here on my next trip

Customer service not the most welcoming or friendly. Couches have dirty stains, and design not comfortable nor practical. Pictures look nicer, there is a washing machine but no where to hang clothes. Modern, clean small rooms equipped with microwave, kettle and fridge. Great staff, they were super helpful. Tv a bit high up, which causes strain to watch. Close to Seoul station but not many food choices to eat nearby. The two bedroom apartment we got was probably not as nice as the one with spa but still a great choice for something more affordable.
