The property was easily accessible to attractions but far enough away from huge traffic. The room was great and enjoyed the little porch. A couple of things which could be improved- the front doors could have handicapped opening, the carts are awful- need something with a floor for small bags, the pool needs more loungers

Our room was not Quite ready when promised and they went above and beyond to communicate with me and kept checking. They gave us some items to do s’mores and added another hour for checkout. We will be back

The water park is smaller than it appears in the picture, the room are ok. The room had no body wash, or hand soap. AC did not work.

Great location, great pool, great service! Lots to do - yoga, movie night, butterflies, video games, fire pits…and water park! Met bro/fam here & kids loved it (4,6,7,9) - in/outdoor pools, slides, lazy river, hot tub! Small items available for purchase at desk (s’mores, dish soap, detergent, goggles, sunscreen, bug spray). The only thing we didn’t like was that there was no baking sheets/pans or storage containers for left overs.

Good to have a kitchen as with small kids, going out to find food at the end of a long day can be complicated and get expensive. Room was nice and large but was not cleaned the five nights we spent there although we did get fresh towels and the garage raken out twice. The property is a bit older and not in the best of conditions. A fire alarm by the pool is constantly going off, grout is old, toilet crocked etc. However, my three-year-old and five-year-old thought it was amazing it was close to Dollywood and other attractions. Pool was noisy but was quiet after 11. TVs were old and we we couldn't get it to cast or anything besides Netflix to work. Wifi was also not good. Overall, we will probably stay here again as the kids enjoyed themselves.

Check in was quick, and while the Resort isn’t the newest or most luxurious, our 2 BR unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The grandkids loved the pool, lazy river, and slides, and the pool staff did a great job keeping everyone safe. The large open area behind the building would be great for a family reunion, there are several bbq grills, nice resin picnic tables, a playground and fire pits. The one thing that would be a nice addition to the basket of supplies in the kitchen would be a mini bottle of dish soap, I’m glad I keep one in my cooler pocket. We had fun and would definitely stay here again!

TV’s where bad Room was good but kind of dirty and Place had to many kids running around all night long and the pool water was hazel gray Ac would only cool parts of the room . Its was a good place to stay for a long trip

Mattresses were absolutely horrible. Needed replaced 20 years ago. Nothing but poking metal. Told front desk and they gave me two blankets as a solution. Won’t be back because I couldn’t sleep the entire stay.

The waterpark was a bonus. Walmart was in easy driving distance. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The wristbands were an amazing idea for accessing your rooms. Swipe the wristband and you were in! The only thing that we noticed was a mold/mildew stain above the bathtub.
