The Hobbit-inspired tiny house (#2) sits on the Mountain Shire property located just minutes from top attractions in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park. Enjoy a cozy 200 sq. ft. plus loft of living space that includes hi-speed internet, a loft with queen-sized bed, living room with large sofa-bed and Roku TV, well-stocked kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The outdoor amenities include a fire pit, lounge chairs, and picnic table with scenic overlook of the surrounding valley area.
Mountain Shire is an Hobbit-inspired tiny house property. The tiny houses were designed by the Mountain Shire owners and built by a local company. The landscaping and Shire-inspired structures were developed using repurposed materials from the property and surrounding community.
This tiny house has everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the Smoky Mountains. Free wifi is available inside of the tiny house and elsewhere on the property.
The living room includes:

The kitchenette includes:

The bathroom economizes space and might be a tight squeeze for some (remember it was designed by Hobbits!). It includes:

The main sleeping area is located up a short flight of stairs in the loft. There is about 3 feet of overhead room. Individuals with mobility issues might be uncomfortable. Otherwise, its a cozy space filled by:
✦ Queen-sized bed, including linens, pillows, and blankets ✦ The loft is well lit and has standard plugs and USB charging ports
Free parking slots are located within 25 feet of the tiny house. Leaving the property can be a little difficult due to limited turn-around space. Guests should be careful if/when backing out on to Trace Way.
