"We booked a double room but what we were provided unfortunately wasn’t a full size double bed. "I like the shower. Water pressure is good. The blanket and bedsheet didnt feel clean. I didnt dare to use their pillow and instead used a clean tshirt behind my head. The mattress is too soft for me. Hot water had to get from outside and room temperature water is a bit distance walk from my room. I also need to take dirty towel out each time and get a new one myself everyday. "

"A simply high quality elegant hotel in the heart of Hong Kong. Great location walkable to many attractions and shopping centers. The metro is across the street, literally you open the door and cross the street 20 feet and you go down to the metro station. Staff is professional, helpful, courteous and friendly. We also had the high tea at the hotel which was exceptional. The room was clean elegant, comfortable. The bed was amazing. Definitely will come back."
