"Staff were nice, and the location was convenient. The hotel itself was very busy and it was hard to find a quiet space. They closed the pool for my whole eight day stay without prior notice which I think it quite poor. I won’t stay again "

"Deluxe room with comfortable bed, we stayed a few years ago and the bed was bigger. Poor slippers, bathroom supplies and no robes. Good breakfast! Good shower! Stained carpet and do a couple days there was an intense smell of bleach."

"Seem like more of a budget hotel on one side and a upscale on the other side. No toiletteries given except for shower gel and shampoo, no wash cloths, no shower caps. The check petson we had Kent was not pleasant and hust dismissed us. I did ask him if he was okay, maybe having a bad day but am stull a guest and shoyld be qelcomed. Apart from thise i enjoyed my stay."

"The hotel is just fine, not better. My view from the 26th floor to the harbour was great. But that’s where it ends. The elevator situation is a problem. Even though there are 5 of them you are always waiting and they tend to stop at almost every floor. Also getting water and ice can only be done on the 5th floor which means going up and down and using the terrible elevators. I wouldn’t return"

"Exceeded expectations. Check in with quick, no long queues. Spacious and the staff were amazing. All very friendly and polite. Really good location, good size room and a huge bed big enough to sleep 2 adults and 2 kids age 7 and 9! Would highly recommend and will definitely book this hotel again for our next trip "
