"Very convenient location, super close to the MTR station and shopping malls. Staff were friendly and welcoming and there's free dispensable cold water available which was great. The room was very small but it was enough for what I needed and most importantly it was clean. Only negatives is the shower could do with a lightbulb as it was very dark and other guests can be quite loud sometimes."

"It is cheap but the situation is very poor.There were two people sleeping at the upper bed and they were not tourists but hotel workers. The upper bed has many cracks that made me worry very much that they would fall upon me. Thus, I slept only a few hours per day."

"It was my first time in Hong Kong and I chose Eaton because of its location! The property has an excellent food court and walking distance to many places. The thing the stood out the most was the friendly and most welcoming staff, especially the folks at Terrible Baby which is the bar at the hotel. Special shoutout to Nishant who gave me recs on where to go in Hong Kong but also a very nice and friendly person! Please stop by and say hi to him if you do stay at Eaton HK! I will definitely stay here again!"
