"オーナーが不在の時間が多くチェックインに待たされる。ホテル入り口が電子ロックですが2日目番号が変わっており1.5h待ちぼうけ。その間電話番号が間違っており連絡がつかない。ベッドに毛がたくさん落ちていた。 などなど9000円であったので日本のビジネスホテルの感覚で泊まったら問題が起こる。 長期の滞在で時間がある方が値段を交渉して泊まる所としては、昔の香港を感じれアットホームで良いと思うがビジネスでは時間を失うホテル。"

"Very convenient location, super close to the MTR station and shopping malls. Staff were friendly and welcoming and there's free dispensable cold water available which was great. The room was very small but it was enough for what I needed and most importantly it was clean. Only negatives is the shower could do with a lightbulb as it was very dark and other guests can be quite loud sometimes."

"From the moment arriving, service was excellent, proactive, beyond expectations. Arriving in a taxi, bags are quickly set aside & taken to our room. Check in was seamless & easy. One Harbour Road restaurant is outstanding, with a super knowledgeable sommelier. The concierge helped us with getting activities scheduled, and making recommendations. The room was comfortable, high enough to have a wonderful view of the Harbor. I will be staying here next visit to Hong Kong!"
