“For a luxury hotel, it missed the point. We paid more to stay here compared to other hotels in the area. To enjoy some luxury. Did not happen. No POOL! A poor excuse using whirlpool as a pool. The curtains were ripped, little bulb out in the entrance in room & a crack in the sink. We should get our money back! Will never stay there again.”

“such a beautiful space located near all the hotspot hikes and close to a tim hortons and grocery store! the cabins itself were very relaxing, 10/10 pillows and mattress only note was the room had quite a bit of spider webs and dust but other than that everything else was perfect thank you!”

“It took almost 15-20 minutes to check in. The front desk attendant couldn’t get a hold of the operating night manager. Apparently something was off with the booking systems. He apologized thrice…. We let it go…
Then the fire alarm went off around 4-5am (cannot recall the actual time as we were asleep, then packed and ran).
The alarm went offffffff for MORE than an hour!!!! Had to flee to our vehicle.
It was awful. We all had to leave our rooms and head outside- in our sleep clothes and all.……
