"The property is close to the Bayou concert center, and nice dining options. I really enjoyed this hotel, the staff was very pleasant. And the food and drinks were very good here. My only complaint is the fee for a guest to park for the day. My friend drove 3 hrs to see me, so i didnt want her to drive any when she arrived. I told her to just valet her car here while we went out and about. They charged $32.00 for a few hours."

Valet personnel does not open car door for you and no one was there to help my fiance with the luggage when she checked in and since it's hot outside, I would expect the car to be running and the A/C on before I get in the car. "My husband and I went here for my birthday, because of the lazy river. Everything about this trip was beautiful. Yes, we used the valet, and depending on the time of day, they can get really busy. For us, it was worth the money. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful with our questions. At the pool area, we did not reserve a lounge area or seat, but there were plenty of places to sit. The service in the pool area was fast and friendly, quite impressive for how busy they can be. The lazy river, pool, and jacuzzi can get busy, so get there early. My husband and I would definitely go back!"
"Absolutely beautiful house. Check-in was as easy as typing in a couple of gate codes and opening a door - the property was clean and the host even checked in on us a couple days in to make sure everything was great (which it was).The neighborhood is literally a 5-10 minute drive from downtown, including the Houston National Science Museum. The house is also a block away from a couple of bars, restaurants, shops, and it was a very comforting and relaxing area overall. The kitchen is also huge and perfect for anyone looking to host a big gathering. Would recommend for anyone."
