“This hotel is new and the staff do not seem to have been properly trained in customer service. The room was not clean when we arrived and it was an hour and a half after check in. We waited more than 30 minutes to get into our room and then it was not what we’d booked. There are no amenities in the room, not even tissues. The soaps are anchored to the wall and they were all empty.”

“Liked everything about the stay, but the bar/restaurant could use some updating and better staffing. But the hotel side was great.”

“The room was cozy and clean and the bathroom spacious. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had real sausage! Wish the warming trays were working, as thr omelets and sausage were cold, but they also served good fruit. Would stay here again!”
