“Perfect for our needs. The location was close to the car swap meet, shopping and food. It is in a very safe area and parking ouside the door. The property had everything we needed and many extras.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very convenient to local attractions. I especially loved that both bedrooms had a King bed, which made it great for our couples trip.”

“The garage has an office attached to it which was extremely helpful for me to take work meetings while my family visited in the house. Great location and home!”

“Place was clean and comfy! Love the outdoor space as the weather was lovely. Lots of fun snacks. Nice location for our stay. Was able to walk to Dickinson College, no problem. Thank you so much.”

“Fair place for the price. Clean and comfortable beds. However the rest of the apartment really needs a deep clean and some updates. Floors, tables, counters were all sticky. Walls need to be scrubbed. Minimal kitchen/cooking utensils. Toilet seat was very loose. I did reach out to Jordan about early arrival and he was quick to respond but did charge us 25 to arrive 2 hours early. This is a place that has good potential if a little more work was put into it.”

“The stay was okay.”

“Property was nice with an entertaining amount of amenities but, if you’d actually like to speak with the owner, you can forget about that. His property manager Ray was pleasant and great to deal with. However, when we were left with a power outage and no flashlights or candles. Ray had to go driving three hours through fallen trees to get us clean water and light sources that were not provided on the property. After requesting even a partial refund for the night where we were left for five hours……

“Not clean. The shower and floors were filthy. The bed was questionable as to whether the sheets were changed. The top sheet looked ok so we slept on that without a blanket. We will not return.”

“Wonderful location !! Comfortable bed, great shower - recommend. Just FYI, two flights of stairs”

“Very Satisfied with my stay. Clean, safe and convenient. Will definitely stay again. Best Regards, Jay”

“Thank you to the hosts for a great stay. I was traveling through the area while moving. So I had a small 8'x10" enclosed trailer that the host was gracious enough to lend me space to park it at their office. That made my trip so easy. The property is as described. The view from the front was very pretty, overlooking the river. The little park across the street was nice and easy to walk my dogs. I felt safe and the old building was cute but very well refurbished on the inside. I appreciate any……

“Our stay was awesome! The place was so cute, and clean. The owner was very thoughtful to include a guide to the area, as well as leaving out snacks and stocked up waters. Will be back for sure!”

“Lovely guest house, pet friendly, well-stocked kitchen! Would definitely stay again.”

“Garbage in the yard, parking was very difficult on Friday night. Temperature was hard to regulate. ”

“The fire place was a hit!”
