"The Shiraraiso Grand Hotel is a lovely property situated right on the beautiful beach! We had a giant room with a great view. The staff is attentive and helpful (and we needed a fair amount of support!). Shirahama is a great city and there's a lot to see and do. Hot springs public foot baths; a cooking spring; the underwater observation tower; a museum with amazing views from the roof; sandstone cliffs; Entetsu arch...and the hotel has the most delicious soft serve ice cream! Breakfast buffet was impressive with both omelet station and onigiris being made on the spot. Delicious Wakayama citrus and ume."
