“We enjoyed margaritaville shreveport. We dined on property at Jimmys- the waiter Chris was stand up. We only stayed one night but it was a great location, safe secure parking with a valet option. The ladies at the front desk were prompt to assist all guests as they arrived. We also had complimentary drinks in our room- was nice added touch! The room had a lovely balcony with a river view. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to family and friends. ”

“Staff was great, stayed at this hotel for a wedding at a near by plantation. Used valet for Parking. Hotel is old and rich with history. Loved everything about it. Would stay there again.”

“The best part of this hotel is the location ”

“We've stayed at this hotel a few different times. It's very convenient to walk to the festival area we attend every year as well as the Marti Gras parades. The elevators are slow during busy times and we just take the stairs instead. It has a restaurant and bar, but we haven't ever ate or bought any drinks from either of them as of yet. ”

“Overall, a Quality Inn is always a good option. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are pleasant. My only recommendations for this particular Quality Inn revolve around breakfast. It would be helpful for staff to make sure that visitors know the times for breakfast are different during the weekday and on weekends. And might want to think about paying more attention to the cleanliness of the breakfast area during breakfast time. It’s not appealing to have dirty tables. Otherwise,……

“I didn’t like that it was a dead roach the size of a dime soon as I walked in the I got locked out my room a 4am and couldn’t get back in until 830am because the front desk closed at midnight- 8:30 so I slept in my car and and wasted money on a room I couldn’t even get into”
