Clean and good location
The everything was fine except the bed. It was too small for 2 slightly taller than average adults to comfortably sleep in. The mattress was uncomfortable and the bed frame squeaked with minimal movement so that we woke each other up all night. Would strongly recommend upgrading the bed.

Cozy and convenient
The property had everything we needed, and Maria was extremely responsive when we had a power outage and subsequent wifi problems. It is walking distance to shopping and a number of restaurants, and there is very convenient EV charging nearby (Level 2 and fast charging). My only (small) complaint is that the bed squeaks badly--might work better for a single person until that is fixed.

Great Rental
This was a wonderful surprise, one of the nicest places we've stayed. The property has parking off street. The space was perfectly clean, kitchen area spotless and well supplied, bathroom again spotless, new? Just very nice all around.

Clean, convenient, easy stay
The house was clean and nice. Maria was very responsive and helpful. Location was an easy ride to DC. Would stay again for a similar trip without hesitation. Maybe could have used a fan for sleeping -- late-winter New Englanders aren't used to being so warm at night this time of year.

Great place to stay!
I loved staying at this guesthouse! The parking was off street and the place was easy to get to. It was separate from the main house so I had my own space and it was quiet. The house was decorated so cute and everything was clean. The Metro station is 5 minutes away and easy to get to. This will be my go-to place when I’m visiting DC again.

Cozy guesthouse with everything you need
The guesthouse was adorable. LOVE the decor! Clearly recently renovated with very nice and comfortable furniture. Kitchen was small but had everything you need to prepare a simple meal. Very clever tiny oven that included a toaster feature! Maria was an excellent host--very accommodating and very responsive.Excellent parking ( a real plus in an urban area). And while the property is on a main road, the guest house is well back and very quiet. Highly recommend!
