Perfect views of boulders beach

"Beautiful B&B right on boulders beach with unobstructed views of the water! The best part of this B&B was the location. Would recommend staying 1 night to wake up early the following day and see the penguins. The staff are very friendly and helpful and property itself is very large and nicely styled. "

Great stay

"This was a wonderful stay, it's not really a hotel but more like a private home with bedrooms. My king size bedroom was on the 3rd floor with a balcony that you could see the harbor from, the room was very big & All the comforts of home. The breakfast in the morning was very good, typical English type. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I give it 5 stars."

"Solo Traveler. I really like this property and I think it has a lot of potential. I only stayed one night, but it brought back memories I had as a child traveling in Northern California. What I Liked: (1) Staff (2) Ambience Vibe (3) Views and Penguins. What are some issues: (1) No Liquor License although as of this date the property is applying for one, and hopefully when that is issued they will keep the restaurant open in the evening. (2) Noise. It does not bother me, but the nature of the property is such that you can hear everything other guests are doing. There are "Quiet Zone" signs, but even so, if you are a light sleeper this Hotel may not be for you. (3) For my room at least, the bathrooms need to be upgraded. Overall a great experience and a good value. I would stay again."

Best room in Simons Town?

"3 night stay in the honeymoon suite and suspect that this is the loveliest room in Simons Town. The balcony with the braai was a great spot for drinks and dinner. Kitchen area was well equipped and the hostess very attentive to our needs, making for a relaxing stay e.g. informed us of expected load shedding and provided a gas ring for use if necessary. Didn't actually use the pool but it looked lovely and the grounds were very well kept. An immaculate property, highly recommended."

Victory View above the ocean with stunning views

"Great setting with lovely verandah and view. Very handy for Simon's Town, penguins and Cape Point. The only problem with cleanliness was ash on the floors because of a recent fire. I am sure this will be sorted. "
