"Check in and Staff were great. Room was less so. In disrepair, damaged and the heat was not able to keep up with the cold drafty door and window. no extra blankets in the room, bed spread had burns on it likely from cigarettes. Just run down and in a poor location. "

"Hotel is located right in the heart of Nulu with tons of restaurants/bars and boutiques within walking distance. Valet parking was a breeze we had no problems at all! All staff interactions we had were wonderful! Room was very clean, only thing is make sure you put a towel down on the bathroom floor as the shower has great pressure but it tends to create a puddle on the floor after a little bit."
