“The main concern was the cleanliness. There was a notable smell as we came up the stairs. My son thought it smelled like a wet dog, my husband and I at first thought cooking odor. The apartment had many air fresheners but not nearly enough. We used febreeze liberally but every time it dissipated, the very strong smell was back. It was to such an extent that we later wondered if it was smell was coming from the dumpster located below the kitchen window. Add to this that the floors were filthy,……

“We loved out weekend in the loft. Even though it was cold, it was within walking distance of the Seelbach Hotel, where we enjoyed appetizers and drinks. The unit was probably the cleanest we've had with great amenities and comfortable furnishings. The communication and directions provided by Justin were also perfect. When we return to Louisville, we will definitely check the availability for River City Loft first. ”
