“Everything was wonderful. There were a few things I noticed that the host might like to be aware of. The big picture next to the kitchen fell down by itself a couple of times. It needs a stronger nail or hanger. Also, the elevator inspection is out of date since 2023. And lastly, the automatic closer on the top door in the stairwell isn’t slowing the door down making a very dangerous situation if a child had their fingers in the door jamb. ”
