Staff were helpful and polite giving a thorough introduction of the villas when we checked in. We had welcome drinks and in every afternoon, there was complimentary afternoon tea. The villa is just next to a river, you might heard someone rafting but it is just a few seconds. The view is amazing, all the staff are friendly and willing to help. “Everything is great. Staffs are helpful and friendly. It’s so nice of them arranged a small cake for my son’s birthday. Location is away from the town center about 20mins driving distance, not the most convenient, but not too bad to trade off for waking up to a nice quiet greenery view. Rooms and open pool are nice, enjoyed the spa experience. Food are delicious, highly recommend the Tom Yum soup. The only issue were frogs and big spiders came into our room, probably something to improve with……
