“Room, breakfast, reception, location are all very good. Special thanks to Bret , gave us very detailed info for Lithgow and Capertee. We have very good experience in Katoomba becuz we did stay here. Price is unbeatable compare to other hotel nearby！”

“Really enjoy those night here. Room is Clean and comfortable. Staff are nice and helpful. Next to the main street and bus stop. Not far to go to look out. And my room can slightly watch the sunrise and sunset. And can watch the stars clearly at car park”

“雖然風景好、完全照從前的房間隔間、實在太小、浴室也太小、連放一些東西的位置都沒有、房間裡也沒有放東西的地方、連一把沙發都沒有。這樣的情況來說實在太貴，完全不值得。”

“It’s a great place for the price, location and quietness. But, it feels very empty with lots of rooms. I’ve stayed several times and never seen anyone receiving cancer treatment or the medical desks in use. I think they should revert to trading without the medical facility label as it has loads of facilities or meditation room, gym equipment, large dining area. ”

“The room is clean and comfortable. There are lots of supermarkets and restaurants 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The unexpected part was the free live band at the bar. But the food was just acceptable. In addition, the Blue Mountains explorer bus station is just outside of the hotel. However there is no lift in the hotel.”

“Overall remarks are good but : - The noise of Bar comes through the closed window - very loud till 2PM (we knew that before booking, but still we believe that some kinds of measures can be implemented - for example using thick drapes on the window wall could in effectively reduce the noise) - No lift, has to carry baggage 2 floors”
