The living area leads to a terrace, also facing the south-west, where you can enjoy the outdoor space.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, complete with a fan for added comfort. The other room contains two beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The open kitchen is well-equipped with three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is access to a terrace from the kitchen area. The apartment also features a shower and a separate toilet. Electric heating is available to ensure your stay is comfortable during cooler months.

The property boasts two terraces, one measuring 10 square meters and facing the south-west direction, while the other faces the north-east direction.
