Beautiful Location

The balcony is perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks with a wonderful view of The Port and Soller in the distance.The Apartment had all required amenities but we struggled with a sewer smell in one bathroom and mosquito bites as they seemed to get in somehow.A car was necessary for us but you could get by if you like lots of exercise.

belle vue, acces pas facile.

Superbe vue qui explique l'acces un peu difficile. Rue d'acces defoncée, acces parking pour dechargement non possible et surtout, adresse de rendez-vous mauvaise : acces de l'immeuble par le dessus, adresse de rendez_vous en bas !!

Vue magnifique

Joli appartement Sur les hauteurs de Sóller côté Repic. Une vue magnifique. Sommes ravis de notre séjour, bien évidemment. Cependant, petite précision, il faut monter beaucoup de marches, si vous ne prenez pas votre voiture qui est garé tout à côté de l appartement dans la rue( les touristes non t pas le droit au parking). Gare aussi aux MOUSTIQUES, ils sont nombreux, nous avons trouvé des rideaux moustiquaires le dernier jour dans un tiroir de la salle de bain et des prises anti moustiques, trop tard pour nous. Il faudrait, les installer. Il y fait très chaud Aussi ! Il y a de gros ventilateurs mais cela mériterait bien une petite climatisation au moins dans les chambres pour pouvoir récupérer des lourdes journées. La piscine est aussi tout à côté. Sóller est en même temps un port, une plage de sable fin et un village un peu reculé : pour la restauration, il y a de nombreux choix ! Départ de randonnées,... voilà a vos réservations ! 😃

Unglaublicher Ausblick

Der Blick von der Loggia auf die Bucht ist unschlagbar. Zum Träumen. Da akzeptiert man sogar die einfachen Plastikstühle, die zugegebenermaßen zumindest ein Polster gebrauchen könnten. Aber wie gesagt - der Blick ist fantastisch. Daran kann man sich kaum sattsehen. Egal ob tagsüber oder im dunkeln.

Stunning Vista

We chose this property for the views and we weren’t at all disappointed. Stunning! We were prepared for the trek up to the apartment from the beach but only because we read this in a review. It really needs to be made clear in the description and that there are approx 220 steps to the apartment, as that would be completely unsuitable for some. For us, the view at the end made it all worthwhile.

Fin lägenhet med ljuvlig omgivning

Fin lägenhet med underbar utsikt. Bra service från såväl ägare som agent. Poolområdet var litet men eftersom vi ofta hade den för oss själva så funkade det jättebra. Läget passade oss utmärkt (nära till strand och restauranger) och man får ordentligt med motion av alla trappsteg från stranden upp till lägenheten.

Schönes und sauberes Apartment

Wir haben ein sehr sauberes Apartment übernommen. Alles wie beschrieben, sehr gute Ausstattung, ohne Beanstandungen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist super. Einziges Manko waren die 200 Stufen von der Strandpromenade zum Apartment. Wir wohnten im höchstgelegenen Apartment. Wurden aber dafür für einen tollen Ausblick belohnt.

Overpriced and antiquated

The apartment was okay, but we felt for the price it wasn't adequate. All day noise outside due to construction - usually 8am - 6pm. This could have been communicated to us as we would then have made alternative arrangements. It effectively made the terrace unusable as we had to have the doors closed 95% of the time. The shower over the bathtub was not useable - just a trickle of water. The other shower has no curtain resulting in flooding of the floor after every use. We had to mop the floor for several minutes after each shower. The decor is antiquated and could do with more comfortable furniture. We expected a lot more for the price as we had decided to avoid cheaper alternatives for a more comfortable stay. This was not what we experienced.

Dejlig lejlighed med en suveræn udsigt!

Det fungerede fint med ankomst og udlevering af nøgle. Rigtig flot at der var vand, øl og sodavand på køl da vi ankom. Det blev højt værdsat. Alt ialt var det en rigtig god oplevelse og ikke meget at pege fingre af. Der var også rent og pænt. Desværre bliver man frarådt at bruge den tilhørende parkeringsplads, da man risikerer at blive spærret inde da koden åbenbart ofte skifter. Så vi måtte parkere udenfor på vejen. På det ene værelse var der ikke en dobbeltseng som lovet, men kun en 3/4 seng. Det betyder meget når der skal ligge 2 og det er varmt. Den ene aircon larmede så meget at vi ikke kunne bruge den. Og toilettet løb konstant på det ene badeværelse og den anden manglede bruseforhæng, så der blev ret vådt. Men stadigvæk en rigtig god lejlighed med flot udsigt og tæt på strand og restauranter. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Great views, no air conditioning, lack of storage space and at the end of some 200+ steps!

The property did indeed have stunning views and was spacious enough, however there was very little storage space in the bedrooms, no drawer space to talk about. The over bath shower was just about adequate running hot and cold without warning for some reason. The kitchen was very good and well equipped. To get to the apartment was either an ordeal by over 200+ steps ( in places poorly lit as lights were not working) or a long walk round by the road which at night was in complete darkness. With only fans in the apartment and no air conditioning it made for very hot nights and unfortunately it was in the middle of a heat wave enjoyed only by the mosquitoes which made the most of the conditions. The property had good access to a number of walks in the area which was the main reason for our visit. We did make use of the pool on occasions and this was a welcome escape from the heat. Our contact Micaela was very welcoming and on time and she explained the various facets of the apartment on our arrival. The taxi pickup and return booked by Matias was excellent, on time and a very courteous driver Monica.
