Did not have time to explore the town. We did go to a market place close to the hotel
Only caution is that some shuttle schedules are 45 minutes apart. Until we met another group outside the airport waiting for the shuttle,?we had no idea whether it would arrive or not. But it did, and on schedule.
We visited Puglia, Sicily and Padova on this trip. We’ve been to Milan in the past. We only stay at Crown Plaza to catch plane next day. It was a sad ending for our trip to encounter bad service and dishonesty from Crown Plaza staff. Shame on them.
Good, clean Holiday Inn near the airport with a nice breakfast.
Great place to stay before a flight!
