“We had the perfect relaxing week. The property is exactly as described and Sarah and Nic were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed with three children aged between 14 to 5 with the aim to relax from our busy work/school lives and maximise family time. The property was perfect - we prepared and ate every meal outside (having bought fresh bread in mornings from walking distance village) and the pool was perfect for playing and keeping cool. Despite temperatures reaching mid-30s all week,……

“Gorgeous property. All the charm of a French house with clean & modern facilities. Pool was perfect with the most stunning views. Supermarket a short drive and bakery across the road (although sadly closed for our stay). Extremely friendly & helpful hosts. Can't recommend highly enough! ”

“Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Gerralda et Remco qui nous réservé le meilleur accueil dans leur gite. La salle de bain n'est pas aussi spacieuse et confortable que les autres pièces, mais l’aménagement extérieur est venu compensé cette petite déception et l'ombre du tilleul et la piscine ont très agréablement agrémentés nos vacances en famille.Encore merci Remco et Gerralda pour avoir gentiment répondu à nos demandes.”

“The accomodations is arranged over 4 floors with the kitchen and sitting room on the ground level. The bedrooms and bathrooms were situated on the next 3 floors. As we were 3 couples and a baby we were lucky enough to have a floor each which was perfect. The kitchen was very well equiped, coffee machine, ice maker, and a full array of utensils, cooking facilities and crockery should you need. There is a comfortable sitting room with TV was next to the kitchen as well as a dinning room. The beds……

Nous avons apprécié la localisation de la maison qui est très calme tout en étant proche du centre de Périgueux. À partir de là. Nous avons pu rayonner dans le Périgord vert et le Périgord noir. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil ”

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil de Chantal qui a été aux petits soins pour nous tout au long de ces 15 jours , Merci à Chantal pour ses gentilles attentions, ses conseils de balade , ses recettes….c’est une adresse à conseiller !”

“We had a fabulous stay in this stunning property. The gite is even more beautiful in person. It has everything you could need, including a fantastic kitchen, cozy living space and comfy beds. The gite feels completely private and the views and surroundings are beautiful.The pool and pool house are luxurious and kept in pristine condition. We enjoyed days and evenings in this lovely outdoor space. The pool house has a beautifully lit eating space and even a smart TV which our family enjoyed……

“Gite donné avec du retard car le propriétaire devait le nettoyer ! Pourquoi mettre dans l annonce 16 h si le gîte n est disponible qu a 19 h ? Nous avions fait de la route et avons du trouver comment nous occuper avec 2 petits chiens ! Propriétaire très sympathique mais le gîte ne vaut pas ce prix car gîte très sale et vieux ! Des meubles vides une odeur de renfermé une cuisine sans lumière du jour avec des ustensiles pas forcément propres.. des WC ou il fallait verser un seau d eau en tant……

“Das Haus von Familie Steinmann liegt traumhaft einsam. Es ist ein wunderschönes altes Haus, das sehr liebevoll und aufwendig eingerichtet ist. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, vor allem der Swimmigpool-Bereich mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Außenküche ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die riesige Terrasse im oberen Bereich des Anwesens verfügt über einen tollen Essplatz mit großen Sonnenschirmen und viel Platz zum Spielen (z.B. Wikinger-Schach mit großen Gruppen). Der Ausblick in das Périgord ist……

Cathy and her family were great, generous hosts. Getting a tour of their bee hives was a particular highlight! Overall, would highly recommend”
