“This property is not up to Hampton standards. It is very tired and needs complete remodeling. Although some remodeling was evident, the hallways, rooms, furnishings needs to be updated. Our room was clean, but it had a broken TV, worn sofa, the bed was comfortable. The staff came quickly when we complained about the TV, but by the time the TV issue was solved, we missed the final USA soccer match. Very sad.. Totally out of their hands, the the lack of restaurants near the hotel. Only Red……

“The hotel is very old & run down unfortunately. The beds have probably never been replaced and we had to adjust our bodies accordingly to try to avoid the springs in the bed from poking us. “The room that I reserved had a smell of a substance I can’t even describe, when we walked in it hit us like Mile Tyson in his prime in the face. I/we couldnt stay there. The counter guy I think his name was Amish? Was very helpful to give me a refund, I’m going to wait to see if I get the refund because it’s still pending in my account.
