"The WiFi was out the whole time during our stay. They also only gave us 3 towels for a room for 4 people. I’m not sure if this was a Hotel.com issue or the hotel itself, but the pet fee was also not disclosed prior to booking. The area to take pets to potty was nice. The location was also good."
