“Stanza davvero stupenda e comodissima, check in e check out velocissimi e super pratici. I ragazzi della reception sempre disponibili e che dire? Posizione perfetta a 10 minuti a piedi dal Big Ben con fermata bus praticamente sotto casa e fermata della metro a 10 minuti a piedi.
Quando torneremo a Londra cercheremo sempre di soggiornare da loro.

“Brand new building, lovely and clean and a fabulous stay, once I found it and got checked in that is. Building is called ‘Moda’ for those looking for it and you need to check in online before arrival but I received no word from the company. The man on the front desk was very helpful, but if he wasn’t there I would have been completely stuck! ”

Shortly arrival we noticed that the fridge wasn’t working but luckily Desmond from maintenance just happened to be in the building visiting another apartment at the time and came to check and got it working for us, he was very helpful and friendly we also received a follow up email from Your Apartment team that evening to check that……

“My initial room was on the top floor and the light wasn’t working, it felt very humid and dusty and gave me allergies. People via email and reception were nice and sorted out a different room in the ground floor which was a bit better - however it feel is like there is no alignment between reception and the email contact given through Expedia. Key to enter the building stopped working on my second day and had to request access via email and they shared a code. Building is located super close to……

"We stayed at this hotel for ten nights, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing.
On the very first night, we noticed that the air conditioner was making loud and disturbing noises. Despite reporting this issue to the hotel several times, no effective solution was provided. It was not until the seventh day of our stay that we were finally allowed to change rooms.
However, the new room was poorly prepared and lacked several basic amenities — one set of towels was missing, there was no hairdryer, no dish sponge, and no oven mitts, all of which had been provided in our previous room.
Although the missing towels were replenished promptly, the absence of a hairdryer was completely unacceptable. I only discovered it after washing my hair late at night, and when I contacted the front desk, I was told there were no spare hairdryers available — not even the one from our previous room, which had already been assigned to new guests, even though its air conditioning issue had not yet been fixed. It is difficult to decide which is more concerning — assigning guests to a room with a broken air conditioner, or not having enough hairdryers for all rooms.
The next day, the hairdryer was eventually delivered, but it was hidden inside a cabinet, and I had to search for it myself. Why not simply place it on the table or sofa? There was more than enough space.
As for the remaining missing items, they only arrived after I repeatedly contacted the hotel via WhatsApp — three or fo"
