“The checking in service is terrible no key safe number was sent I had to ring up and mess about trying to sort it out nice place only 2 cups and 4 guest so that’s not great”

“The studio was lovely and well kept. Modern and great for a night's stay. We stayed in the summer and It is very hot inside, the owner does provide a fan which was a godsend. My only real issue was there's an excessive amount of mould and mildew in the shower. I wouldn't normally put it as a issue because mould in grout is common, difficult to remove and not a big deal but this was also on the surface of the tiles which can be dealt with. Overall it was good value for money and I would stay……

“Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.”

“There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean. ”

“We have had a wonderful time in London; the apartment is amazing. With two small children, the access was easy, with a bus station just 4-5 minutes away, walking, to the center of London. My youngest leaves the house, just saying, "Goodbye, magical house," and that describes it all. They adore sleeping in the Harry Potter bed and on the top bed. The house has everything else we need for our four-night stay. So we will be back for sure.”
